His company, Andago, has worked closely with the governments of several Spanish regions, such as the Region of Extremadura, which has become a global leader in advancing Free Open Source Softwre. In these segments, Rafael tells the history of his company's involvement with Free Open Source Software; the impact of Free Open Source Software in Spain; and he names some of his company's customers, which include major Spanish banks and telecommunications companies.
